Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve washing effect and permit water supply suitable for making washing automatic, by providing a water discharge chamber and an air bubble generating pipe in a tank body, and arranging detectors at given portions of washing chambers, the water discharge chamber and a pipetting tray. CONSTITUTION:A pipetting device washing chamber 5 and a coating tool washing chamber 6 are supplied with water from a feed water pipe 7. When the water level rises so that detectors a and b conduct to each other, a pipetting device nozzle 1 and a coating tool pen point 2 are moved downward into the respective washing chambers. Then, air bubbles are generated from the peipetting device nozzle 1 itself and an air bubble generating pipe 8 to perform washing. In said washing, the water overflowing the washing chambers 5 and 6 flows in a water discharge chamber 4 through the partition part and an overflow hole 17.
