Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent chattering just after application of a power supply by prohibiting, until a fixed DC voltage is obtained immediately after the application of power supply, an inflow of a current to a switcing circuit. CONSTITUTION:Just after application of a power supply, during charging a capacitor 7, even if an amplifier 8 oscillates, bias resistances 18, 19 of a transistor 20 does not conduct before a regular voltage with a voltage-regulator diode 6 is obtained. Therefore a relay coil 3 does not conduct and chattering does not occur at all. With such constitution, the width of hysteresis can be reduced, thus providing a temperature within the chamber such as expressed by a temperature curve B and improved accuracy.
