Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the alteration of the degree of opening of a solenoid valve and eliminate response lag, by setting the spring load of the solenoid valve at a prescribed level, starting control with an electrical current of prescribed magnitude at the shifting of the valve from entire closing to full opening and keeping the valve closed until vibration of a level determined by the set load at the closing of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: In a solenoid valve drive circuit 40, a transistor 41 is turned on, an electrical current flows through a solenoid 1 and the terminal voltage (e) across a current detection resistor 42 is as shown by a full line in the drawing when the output terminal (d) of a comparator 51 is at a high level. The voltage across the output terminal (f) of an amplifier 43 appears with an amplification factor by prescribed number times higher than the voltage (e) as shown by a one-dot chain line. When a control voltage Vb varies as shown by a dotted line, an integrator 47 performs integration at a gradient corresponding to the deviation of the voltage across the terminal (f) from the control voltage Vb as a reference and a wave form (g) appears on the output terminal of the integrator. The comparator 51 compares the integration output with a triangular-wave output from the output terminal (h) of a triangular wave oscillation circuit 60 to control the supply time of the current for the solenoid 1 to make the mean magnitude of the current correspond to the control voltage Vb.
