Abstract

PURPOSE:To centrally control multiple measurement points with one measuring device and achieve less equipment costs and higher working efficiency by providing optical fibers allowing the introduction of the radiation fluxes from an object to be measured, a panel aggregating the other ends of these optical fibers and fixing the same in prescribed configuration, and the like. CONSTITUTION:Multiple optical fibers 5 which introduce the radiation fluxes radiated from an object to be measured 1 up to a panel 4 forming the front surface of a housing 3 are provided to the radiation flux measuring device, and probes 6 are formed at their one end, and are disposed respectively by being faced to the object 1. The probes 6 are segmented by frame 7 of a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the fibers 5 are connected to the bottom parts thereof. Objective condenser lenses 9 for condensing the radiation fluxes from the object 1 at the inlets 8 of the fibers 5 in the bottom parts are provided to the opening parts. These make it possible to centrally control the multiple measurement points with one measuring device, facilitate controlling and improve working efficiency and measurement performance.
