て支持し、且つ該各光フアイバからの光により連
続的な検出を行う連続モニタ系ブロツクと、該連
続モニタ系ブロツクに対して相対的に移動し、任
意の光フアイバからの光を鏡を介して取入れて精
密分光分析を行う回析格子及び複数の光センサを
備えた精密診断系ブロツクを設けたことを特徴と
