CONSTITUTION:This is provided with a memory-metal-made temp. measuring material 1 fixed at one end, a weight 2 which applies load upon the other end of this material 1, and also serves as a light shielding part for optical paths 3 and 4, and a photodetector 6 which detects the quantity of the light transmitted through the optical paths. Temp. is detected 6 by the change in the quantity of the transmitted light owing to the displacement of the weight 2 based on the temp. change of the modulus of the material 1 and is displayed 7.
