Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform soot removing efficiently in an apparatus wherein dust and soot ahdered to the outer surface of heat conducting planes are blown by vapor or compressed air from a soot blower, by calculating the cleanliness (degree of soot adhersion) on the heat conducting planes in real time, and controlling said soot blower by the result.
CONSTITUTION: A cleanliness operating part 20 receives the outputs from an input fluid pressure sensor 1, an input fluid temperature sensor 2, an input fluid flow sensor 3, an output fluid pressure sensor 4, and an output fluid temperature sensor 5, and also receives the outputs from an output sensor 11 for a turbine generator, a fuel quantity sensor 12 for fuel imparted to the heat conducting planes, and a metal temperature sensor 13. Then, the cleanliness of the heat conducting planes, and a metal temperature sensor 13. Then the cleanliness of the heat conducting planes is obtained by using the operated result of the absorbed heat quantity and the reference value, and the output 21 is sent to a judging part 30. The judging part 30 determines whether the soot blowing is required or not and the heat conducting plane to be blown and its blowing degree. The judged result is outputted to a controller 24. The controller 24 controls the soot blower 26 appropriately.
