Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the irregularities of red hot parts at the upper part and the lower part in a gas burner wherein an internal flame tube, an external flame tube, and a heat shielding tube are provided by facing the burning holes of the external hole upward, and differentiating the opening rates of the burning holes at the upper and lower parts, and the central part of the external flame tube from each other.

CONSTITUTION: The inner flame tube 19 and the outer flame tube 20 are coupled to a burner 21, and the heat shielding tube 24 on which a heat resistant glass 22 is placed is concentrically provided at the outside thereof. Many small holes are provided in both inner and outer flame tubes 19 and 20. The holes at the lower part of the inner flame tube 19 are air holes 36 for preliminarily mixed air. The holes of the upper part thereof are burning holes 32. The holes at the lower part of the outer flame tube 20 are air holes 18 for preliminarily mixed air, and the upper holes are burning holes 34. The position of the lowest level of the inner burning holes 33 of the inner flame tube is higher than the lowest level of the burning holes 34 of the external flame tube. The lowest level of the burning holes 34 are provided at the upper part of the convex belt part 35 of the outer flame tube 20 and face upward. The opening degrees of the burning holes at the upper and lower parts of the external flame tube 20 are large, and that at the central part is small.
