Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a heat efficiency by a method wherein a plane type heating body is installed near and facing to a burner flame plane.
CONSTITUTION: A plane type burner A consists of a combustion radiation body 1 composed of a porous material having many heat resisting small holes 2, a mixing pipe 3, a mixing chamber 4 and a nozzle 5 and it constitutes a so-called fadiation burner. A plane type heating body 6 facing to the radiation body 1 is composed of a plate member applied with a heat resisting processing and is provided with a convex type groove 7 at the upper part and on the upper plane, an infrared red ray radiant material 9 is formed. Accordingly, a flame and a radiation heat give heat to the heating body and the flame formed on the radiation plane is short, therefore, the heating body is made to come near to the radiation plane and the heat transmitting efficiency due to flame and radiation is improved.
