Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of yellow flame when gas is choked in a gas burner wherein an internal flame tube, an external flame tube, and a heat shielding tube are concentrically arranged, by contriving the positions of the burning holes of both internal and external tubes, and by specifying the diameters of the burning holes of the internal tube.
CONSTITUTION: The internal flame tube 16 and the external flame tube 17 are coupled to a burner 18, the heat shielding tube 20 on which heat resistant glass 19 is placed is concentrically provided at the outside thereof. Many small holes are provided in both inner and outer flame tubes 16 and 17. The holes at the lower part of the outer flame tube 17 are air holes 29 for preliminarily mixed air and the diameters of the holes are about 1mm. The holes at the upper part thereof are burning holes 30, and their diameters are about 2.5W5mm. While the holes at the lower part of the internal flame tube 16 are air holes for preliminarily mixed air, and their diameters are about 1mm. The holes at the upper part thereof are burning holes 32, and their diameters are 2mm and less and gradually decreases along the upward path. The position of the lowest level of the burning holes 32 of the internal flame tube is higher than that of the lowest level of the burning holes 30 of the external flame tube.
