An E-type moving iron core 1 facing to the fixed iron core 2 is provided with a shading coil 9 at the position opposing to the iron core leg winding the exciting coil 3b and a crossbar 6 is mounted by a coupling pin 11 at the position lying toward the iron core leg side winding the exciting coil 3b. The phase of the magnetic flux passing through the magnetic pole at each iron core leg differs from each other. Therefore, beat will be reduced.
