Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance magnetic flux sensitivity, by coupling the detection coil connected to an input coil with a compensation coil for erasing noise. CONSTITUTION:A compensation coil 6 is formed of an inside coil 6a having a small diameter and an outside coil 6b having a large diameter and both coils 6a, 6b are mutually connected in the same winding direction to form a closed circuit. Further, the coil 6a is set to the same diameter as the detection coil 5 connected to an input coil 3 and coupled with the coil 5 to constitute the pickup coil of a squid fluxmeter. As a result, since the total inductance of the pickup coil is small, a current value becomes large and, therefore, magnetic flux sensitivity can be enhanced.
