Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the motor serves as the solenoid with a compact construction by arranging an exciting coil parallel with a rotor in extention of one of upper and lower yokes, while the other yoke is connected magnetically to the exciting coil with a mobile iron piece. CONSTITUTION:The yokes 2 and 3 are provided on the top and bottom of a case 1 and pole pieces are respectively on the yokes facing the rotor 16 inside. For example, the lower yoke is extended to form a bulged part 3b on which the spool 21 wound with the exciting coil 20 is provided parallel with the rotor 16. A support section 6 is projected at one end of the upper yoke for the fulcrum of the mobile iron piece 24, one end of which is fixed with a spring 25 while the other end thereof faces a core 22 of the exciting coil 20. with the energization of the exciting coil 20, the mobile iron piece 24 is oscillated being attracted with the iron core 20 to form a magnetic circuit thereby rotating the rotor 16 while actuating the clutch or the like.
