Abstract

PURPOSE:To actuate the clutch with a compact construction by arranging the solenoid with a rotor inside and with a mobile iron piece facing it outside so as to serve as a spool for winding an exciting coil. CONSTITUTION:Yokes 6 and 7 are arranged on the top and the bottom of the spool 2 for winding the exciting coil 1 and the pole pieces 12 and 13 are respectively provided thereon facing the rotor 19 inside. A core 30 is provided on the upper yoke 7 facing one end of the mobile iron piece 33 while the other end thereof is connected to a spring 34 with a support section 10 extended from the lower yoke 6. When the exciting coil 1 does'nt conduct, the mobile iron piece pushes up a gear 38 of the clutch mechanism with the action of the spring 34. When it conducts, with the rotation of the rotor 19, the mobile iron piece 33 is attracted on to the core 30 thereby working the clutch mechanism simultaneously.
