Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the connecting work easily and quickly, and also to enable to automatically perform the manufacturing work for subject armature by a method wherein a plurality of flat coil elements are connected by a coil wire and the connecting wire between each coil element is connected to the connecting piece on a commutator. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of coil elements E, as many as the number required for an armature, of an almost trapedized shape is formed in such manner that they are linked with a coil wire. Also, separate from these coil elements E, the commutator 40, having a plurality of segments 47 in an annular form and a connecting piece 49 at the center point, is formed. Then, the coil elements E are annularly arranged on the circumference of the commutator 40 in such manner that the torque generating section is extended toward radial direction and at the same time, the connecting wire (e) to be used to link each coil element E is pushed into a notch 50 and the desired connection is accomplished.
