Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of winding work as well as to avoid the need of a winding reel on fabricating a coil by a method wherein a blank coil is composed by wiring conductors almost in corrugation and bending them so that ridges and grooves of these blank coils are lapped respectively. CONSTITUTION:A blank coil 8 is formed by wiring conductors almost in corrugation and an insulation process is applied. Further, the blank coils are bent alternately in reverse directions at intervals between ridges 10a and 11a and between grooves 10b and 11b of the blank coils 8, and thus they are lapped so that the ridges 10a and 11a and grooves 10b and 11b are connected in continuous rings, in turn alternately, and also the direction of winding is the same.
