PURPOSE:To improve the use efficiency of the mixers of an emulsifying device and miniaturize the device by using a relatively small number of the mixers and connecting these mixers by means of circulating pipelines. CONSTITUTION:At the time of mixing the 1st liquid source 1 and the 2nd liquid source 2 such as water and oil, the 1st mixer 3, the 2nd mixer 4 on the lower stream, and further a resonance mixer 5 on the lower stream of said mixers are provided, and the liquid from the mixer 5 is stored in an intermediate tank 7. Further on the lower stream of the tank 7, an ultrasonic mixer 8 is provided, and the tank 7 and the upper stream side of the 2nd mixer 4 are connected by means of the 1st circulating pipeline 9 and the lower stream side of the mixer 8 and the tank 7 by means of the 2nd circulating pipeline 11. The pipeline 9 is opened and closed by a valve 10, under control of the level switch 6 of the tank 7. Since a less number of the mixers are connected and the circulating pipelines are provided in this way, the emulsifying device which is small in scale, is simple in constitution and has high emulsification efficiency is obtained.
