CONSTITUTION:At the time of mixing the 1st liquid source 1 and the 2nd liquid source 2 such as water and oil, the 1st mixer 3, the 2nd mixer 4 on the lower stream, and further a resonance mixer 5 on the lower stream of said mixers are provided, and the liquid from the mixer 5 is stored in an intermediate tank 7. Further on the lower stream of the tank 7, an ultrasonic mixer 8 is provided, and the tank 7 and the upper stream side of the 2nd mixer 4 are connected by means of the 1st circulating pipeline 9 and the lower stream side of the mixer 8 and the tank 7 by means of the 2nd circulating pipeline 11. The pipeline 9 is opened and closed by a valve 10, under control of the level switch 6 of the tank 7.
