Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize effectively cold and hot energy which LNG has by performing the heat exchange of LNG through a condenser to cool exhaust of a steam turbine while burning LNG having temperature raised by a boiler.
CONSTITUTION: LNG gas produced from a tank 1 is collected, heated by a compressor 4a and sent to a condenser 10. LNG gas in the condenser 10 is subjected to heat exchange with sea water 12 and turbine exhaust 13, then heated by a heater 5 and sent from a burner 6 to a fire hole of a boiler to be used for fuel. On the other hand, the sea water 12 is sucked by a condensate pump 11 to be discharged through the condenser 10 to the sea. After main steam 9 from the boiler works in a main turbine 8, it provides turbine exhaust 13 which enters the condenser 10 to be cooled therein and provided condensation.
