CONSTITUTION:When a load torque for an AC motor 5 is transiently increased, the fluctuation of the DC output of a DC filter 3 is detected by a band pass filter 9. The detected voltage is applied through an amplifier 10 and a frequency controlling circuit 11 to an inverter unit 4, and a signal f0-¦DELTAf¦ obtained by subtracting the frequency control signal f0 based on a speed instrcting circuit 6 by a driving frequency correcting signal DELTAf is applied to the motor 5. Thus, the rotating speed of the motor 5 is decelerated, the overshoot amount is decreased, and the regulating time can be remarkably shortened.
