Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve mold releasing property of nylon 6 by blending nylon 6 with specific quantity of nylon 66 and injection-forming at temperature above melting point of nylon 6 and not more than melting point of nylon 66. CONSTITUTION:95-70wt% of nylon 6 and 5-30wt% of nylon 66, preferably 93- 75wt% of nylon 6 and 7-25wt% of nylon 66, are blended in a molten form at temp. above the melting point of nylon 66. The compound thus obtained is injection-formed at temp. above melting point of nylon 6 and not more than melting point of nylon 66 to obtain injection-molded form of polyamide resin. It is recommended that nylon 6 having relative viscosity (measured using 98% sulfuric acid) of 2.0-5.5, preferably approximately 2.5-4.5 and nylon 66 having relative viscosity of 2.0-5.5, preferably approximately 2.5-4.5 is employed.
