Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure a quick compensation in a wide range for the variance of characteristics of a photodetector, by disposing a light diffusing plate plus plural polarizing plate in front of the photodetector and then giving a relative shift among these polarizing plates. CONSTITUTION:The camera unit 1 is connected to the film entrance of the processor unit 2 via the connection tube 106. At the same time, a connection is secured between the connector of unit 1 and the connector 4 of the support unit 3 as well as between the connector 5 of unit 3 and the connector 5' of unit 2, respectively. As a result, both units 1 and 2 are connected to the main body basement 6 in an electrical way. For the camera 1, a relative rotation is given between the polarizing plates 410 and 411 so that the output voltage of the photodetector 401 reaches a certain set value when a certain volume of light is irradiated to the light diffusing come 400. Thus the volume of light passing through the polarizing plate is controlled to give a compensation to the variance of characteristics of the detector 401.
