CONSTITUTION:In an electromagnet power source 12, a minor loop having fast responsiveness that can sufficiently remove the ripple of output current is formed by a current control circuit 7, a series transistor 6, and a current detecting element 6, and an NMR probe 11, an NMR magnetic field measuring device 9 and a magnetic field controlling circuit 8 form a main loop having high stability and detection accuracy. Also, the circuit 8 automatically searches and captures the nuclear magnetic resonance point and allows the generated magnetic field to follow up the set magnetic field, and when the generated magnetic field deviates from the nuclear magnetic resonance point capturing range of the device 8, said circuit resumes the followup quickly without inducing the strary run of the power source.
