PURPOSE:To conduct energysaving by decreasing the rotation of a blower motor for an evaporator when the operation of a compressor is stopped by a thermoswitch, a pressure switch and the like. CONSTITUTION:On the occasion that the compressor is made intermittent by the operation of the thermoswitch 11a and the pressure switch 11b through the intermediary of the intermittence of a magnet clutch 9, an electric circuit to the blower motor 8 is switched over the side of a contact 12 at the position of stoppage of the magnet clutch 9, whereby impressed voltage is lowered. Accordingly, the circulating-air quantity can be decreased and the time required for the rise in temperature and pressure of the evaporator, as well as the time required for restarting of the compressor, can be prolonged. Therefore, the energy-saving can be attained.
