When detecting that the weighing value varying in the weight decreasing direction has passed a given weight, the weighing value monitoring part 7 shuts off the power supply to a weight display device 6 through a switching part 9, which resumes the power supply to the weight display device 6 when detecting the operation of a starting switch 10.
