Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the excessive adjustment of a rack for the adjustment of fuel at the time of quick acceleration and the like by a method wherein an actuator device setting a position of the maximum displacement in the direction of fuel increase of the rack is controlled by two position signals and a target signal indicating the target maximum rack position.
CONSTITUTION: An aimed property operating circuit 3 wherefrom the target signal S3 indicating the target maximum rack position for obtaining the property of the maximum injection quantity is generated by inputting an engine rotation signal S1 and an atmospheric pressure signal S2 is provided. The target signal S3 from the circuit 3 is inputted, together with a rack position signal S4 and with an actuator 13 regulating position signal S5, in a comparator 8, where the sizes of the three signals are discriminated. The data D1 of the discrimination is sent to a logic circuit 9 and therefrom an increase signal S6 or a decrease signal S7 is delivered. And the decrease S7 is impressed directly on a pulse generating circuit 10, while the increase signal S6 is impressed on the sam circuit with a prescribed time delay being given by a time constant circuit 12, and according to the output of the circuit 10, the excitation coil 14 of the actuator 13 is controlled through the intermediary of a driving circuit 11.
