Abstract
PURPOSE:To control an induction motor positively by adopting a worm mechanism as an irreversible mechanism as a variable speed mechanism while jointly using closed loop control and open loop control for the controlling system. CONSTITUTION:When output voltage Ec is positive and output voltage Es forward- revolution high-speed signals, a controller CON outputs to a forward-revolution accelerating gate drive circuit RAG, a Triac TR1 is conducted and a motor 1 is forward operated at high speed. When an operation mode is changed into low speed by the external signals of a memorizing element of a microcomputer of a limit switch LS, a counter FF is actuated. The controller CON outputs to a forward- revolution decelerating drive circuit RRG, a thyristor SCR1 is conducted and the motor 1 is operated at low speed. When the counter FF counts the width of traverse, the controller CON stops and controls the motor 1.
