Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated transformer by a vacuum thin film formation technique without depending on a printing method by alternately laminating insulated insulators and two sets of conductors on a substrate by thin film formation means wherein helicoid conductive paths continuously wound through the spaces of magnetic substances are formed by each set of conductors. CONSTITUTION:A substrate is arranged in a vacuum container and a magnetic substance film 1 having insulation is formed on the substrate by applying a high-frequency voltage. Next, symmetrical hook-shaped conductors 2, 3 are formed on the film 1 through a mask by a sputtering method and feeding sections 4, 5 and internal ends 6, 7 are simultaneously formed. Next, after leaving the internal ends 6, 7 of the conductors 2, 3 magnetic substance films 8, 9 are formed at the remaining parts by a sputtering method. Then, round conductors 10, 11 are superimposed on the internal ends 6, 7 and the external terminal is formed so that the external terminal may become feeding sections 12, 13 exposed to the upside of the laminated substance. And after forming a coil consisting of one turn, the number of turns is made the required number by the similar method and external terminals 17-20 are formed on the magnetic substance film 16 to make a laminated transformer by a vacuum thin film formation technique.
