Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the resistance value of a resistance sensor having little amount of errors due to a noise or the like with few parts by connecting one resistance sensor and one standard resistor in series, taking out a signal by flowing a current in normal and reverse directions alternately and treating it. CONSTITUTION:After connecting the standard resistor Ro and the resistance sensor Rt in series, a current source voltage E is applied in the normal and reverse directions altermately by on-off action of switches a1, a2, b1, and b2, and then a signal corresponding to a value of the standard resistor Ro and the resistance senser Rt is taken out alternately by a switch a3 or b3 respectively. The taken-out voltage is held in holding circuit having resistors R1 and R2 and capacitors C1 and C2, and provided to a noninversion input and an inversion input of an operational amplifier A1 respectively, whereby a voltage difference between both inputs is outputted as a detecting output Do. By this constitution, a given operation having a sum of a value r1 of said Rt and a value ro of said Ro as a denominator is performed, whereby an uniform change having the same direction with r1 and r2 and an influence of a synchronous noise component are removed from the detecting output Do.
