Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the concn. of the resulting aq. ozone soln. to be kept constant at all times by attaching an ozone flow rate regulating valve to the ozone feeding duct of an ozone feeding apparatus provided with an ozonizer and an ozone adsorbing and desorbing tower.
CONSTITUTION: Ozone flow rate regulating valve 9 is attached to the ozone feeding duct of the intermittently ozone feeding apparatus composed essentially of ozonizer 1 for producing ozonized oxygen from oxygen 2 as starting material and adsorbing and desorbing tower 4 for adsorbing ozone from the ozonized oxygen and storing and releasing it. When an adsorbent in tower 4 adsorbs ozone until it is almost satd., the ozone feeding apparatus is changed over to the ozone releasing action, and by actuating heating source 6 and water jet ejector 7, ozone in tower 4 is sucked under reduced pressure to produce an ozone soln. At this time, the flow rate of ozone is regulated with valve 9, so the ozone soln. is obtd. at a constant concn. at all times.
