When the electric signal from the photoelectric conversion element 2 is input to the input terminal 6 of the driving circuit 3, the transistor 7 is on and an output is not fed to the light emitting element 4 from the output terminal 11. If no electric signal is input from the photoelectric conversion element 2 to the input terminal 6, the transistor 7 is off and the output signal is fed to the light emitting element 4 from the output terminal 11.
