Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable circuit integration, by taking the applied reference voltage across the resistor appeared at the resonance circuit converting the frequency of resonance FM signal as the reference power supply of the gate circuit, suppressing the demodulated output and decreasing the number of pins through suitable change of the demodulated output. CONSTITUTION:The FM signal fed to the input terminal 1 is switched at the 1st and 2nd switching circuits 31, 33, to flow the current I37 of the constant current source circuit 37 while the signal is present to the diodes 361, 362 provided at the output stage of the circuit 33 and to flow the signal with pulse width in rsponse to the phase difference of signal to the diodes 361, 362. This signal is detected at the subtraction circuit 34 and fed to the filter 4. The IF signal introduced to the terminal 13 of the integrated circuit 100 with this constitution, is fed to the phase shift coil 321 for phase conversion with the signal in the resonance circuit 332, and it is fed from the terminal 14 as the reference voltage of the circuit 33. Further, the dispersion in the demodulated output is suppressed so that the demodulated output can suitably be changed, allowing to decrease the number of terminals connected and to make easy the circuit integration.
