Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate a constant voltage booster output voltage by connecting a switching element to the output terminal of a DC booster circuit and giving control signal to stabilize the boosting output voltage. CONSTITUTION:Between an input voltage terminal Vin and a first circuit connection point T1 and the terminal Vin and a second circuit connection point T2 transistors Q1, Q2, and Q3 that are a first, second and third switching elements and a condenser C1 are connected to form a direct current voltage booster circuit. A transistor Q4 that is a fourth switching element is provided between the first connection of the first connection point T1 and an output voltage terminal Vout, and to the base of the transistor Q4 a differential transistor Q5 and Q6 that form a voltage comparison circuit with a reference voltage Vref are connected to control the transistor Q4. With this arrangement the output voltage of the booster can be made a constant voltage by means of the transistor Q4 and the influence of the variation in input voltage can be eliminated.
