Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to range the content of load connected to each section at a substation, by measuring the current vector of each line at the end of power supply, in response to the switching state of the section sectioned with sectional switches for specified processing. CONSTITUTION:The current vectors Ia, Ib, Ic of the section I of three phase distribution lines 1-3 are measured at the substation of current source by closing the section switch 4 and opening section switches 5, 6. The power factor of the load 7 is determined by the phase difference of the vectors Ia-Ic from each phase voltage. Further, when the switch 5 is closed and the amount of change in the current vector at the substation is measured, the current vector flowing to the lines 1-3 of the section II is determined, and the load 8 can be judged as a capacitor load with the phase difference of 90 deg. from the voltage vectors Va-Vc, allowing the substation to range the content of load connected among sections.
