Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently form a cement mortar layer having improved corrosion resistance and mechanical strengths by a method in which an air- and water-tight cover is provided on the outside of a formwork surrounding a structure and then cement mortar is poured into the formwork under a water-tighted state.
CONSTITUTION: A structure 1 whose partial portion is under water surface WL is surrounded by a formwork 2, its outside is covered detachably with an air-and water-tight cover 3 in such a way as to surround the formwork 2, a compressed air supply port 6, a pressure regulating hole 7, and a cement mortar charging port 13 are provided at the upper end of the cover 3, and a water discharged port 10 is provided at the lower end of the cover 3. And, both the upper and lower ends are fixed to the structure 1 through a band 11 with rubber packing and fixing band 12. Compressed air is sent into the supply port 6 and internal water is discharged through the water discharge ports 9a and 10 for replacing it with air. Then, cement mortar 8' is charged from the charging port 13 into the formwark 2 and hardened to form a cement mortar layer on the outside of the structure for preventing it from corrosion.
