Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent concrete or cement mortar from making contact with water at a casting time and to improve a quality, by a method wherein a hose, which is flat at a nonpouring time and closes off a space resulting from the expansion at a pouring time, and through which cement mortar can be poured, is placed in a toroidal and longitudinal space which is formed at the inside of an underwater form.
CONSTITUTION: The pouring hose 2, which is made of rubber or other materials, being about 0.5mm thick and excellent in flexibility and softness, is kept in a flat state at a nonpouring time, and closes off a toroidal and longitudinal space A, being formed in the form 1 located underwater in a perpendicular position, in a state to pour concrete or cement, is placed in said space A. Mortar and the like M is poured through the hose 2 from the surface of the water and opens the end of the hose 2 at the bottom part of the space A through the action of gravity. The hose is lifted upward gradually in a manner described above, and the space A is filled with mortar and the like through the repeat of said process.
