Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a high-tensile cold rolled steel sheet having superior deep drawability by compositely adding N to P-added Al killed steel and hot-rolling and cold-rolling the same to a steel sheet than subjecting the same to recrystallization annealing treatment at specified temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A steel slab contg. 0.02-0.12% C, <0.20% Si, 0.10-1.00% Mn, 0.020-0.100% P, 0.020-0.120% Sol, Al, and 0.0060-0.0200% N is hot- rolled and cold-rolled to a sheet material. This cold rolled steel sheet is subjected to recrystallization annealing treatment in a 630-720 deg.C temp. range, whereby the high-tensile cold rolled steel sheet of good deep drawability as a blank material for automobiles and electrical products is produced.
