Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a multistaged or a continued control of the subject induction motor at the speed below half of a synchronous speed by a method wherein a bilateral controlling rectifier is provided between the power source and the motor, and this rectifier is properly controlled. CONSTITUTION:A deviation signal is obtained by comparing the set signal of a speed setting device 6 and the feedback signal of a speedometer generator 5 using a computing device 7 and with this signal, a frequency command circuit 9 and a voltage phase controlling command signal 10 are operated through a speed adjuster 8. Then, the output of the circuits 9 and 10 is inputted to a gate controlling circuit 11, a gate signal is sent to a bilateral controlling circuit 3, the staged frequency below half of a power source frequency is obtained by the bilateral controlling rectifier circuit 3, wherein the output of a 3-phase and 6-phase conversion transformer 2 is supplied, and at the same time, its output voltage is phase-controlled, thereby enagling to control the speed of the 3-phase induction motor 4 stagedly or nonstabedly.
