When the ON command is fed in this state, the ON command is inputted through the contact B to an integrating circuit 304. The output from the circuit 304 is fed to a gate pulse generator 305, which in turn produces a gate pulse controlled in phase at the time b. Thus, it can prevent the rush current to an induction load such as a transformer or the like.
