And the guide pole mechanism 4 is energized in the same direction, and as a result the vertical pole 72 is pressed inside the upper and lower V-shaped grooves 111 and 112 of the stopper 110. Then a position control is given to the vertical guide roller 13 at the positions on the arrows X and Y as well as its vertical degree plus the tilting direction of the oblique guide pole 14 respectively. A position control toward the arrow Z is given to the mechanism 4 by the elastic power of the plate spring 117 in parallel to a pressing action of the pole 72 to the stopper 110.
