Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the accurate setting of a lens position without affected by the dust, etc., by combining a detecting element incapable of a precise position control with a device capable of a precise position control between a carrier of a part to be controlled that holds a lens and shifts and an immobile supporter. CONSTITUTION:A stand board 3 which holds a lens 1 along a guide rod 5 is reciprocally moved. A sliding member is attached slidably to Hall devices 33, 34 and 35 fixed on an immobile supporter and the board 3 via a slit 22. Then the lens 1 is stopped at a position corresponding to the variation of the contraction factor by means of a microswitch 27 provided on the above-mentioned sliding member. In this case, an accurate position control is difficult for some of the Hall devices themselves. And a Hall device which is perfectly sealed up has high resistance to the dust and is not easily affected by the scattering of toner, etc. On the other hand, the accurate position setting is carried out by means of the switch 27 and its related members.
