Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the nonuniform circulation of grain in a tank by changing the size of the diameter of the horizontally rotating type disperser in the tank according to the filling amount of the grain.
CONSTITUTION: From a charging port (a), material moves upward through a grain elevator 3 and flows into a conduit 11 from a horizontal conveyor 4 through a feed port 10. The conduit 11 scatters the grain by using centrifugal force, and the grain is first filled into drying chambers 2, then gradually also into the lower part of a tank 1. In the early stage of the filling, the grain is filled uniformly, but gradually apt to become a heap in the center portion, and finally, the grain layer surface contact with inclined resisting plates 16 and 17 projecting downwards from sliding conduits 12 and 13 attached to both ends of the conduit 11. At the time, the sliding conduit 12 and 13 having been reduced by springs 14 and 15 are enlarged by the centrifugal actions of the resisting plates 16 and 17, against the springs 14 and 15, so as to distribute the material concentratedly over the lower portions on the periphery.
