Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly load and fill grains into a tank by forming the rotary falling side of the conveyer of a grains drier into a trough shape with a slightly inclined bottom and also attaching a diffuser to the lower position of a falling port.

CONSTITUTION: Grains are sent up by a bucket elevator 8, sent sideways by a horizontal conveyer 9, dropped from a falling port, and then filled in a falling type drying part 1 and a storage tank 2 while being diffused by a diffuser 21. The grains whose husks are only dried are discharged by the rotation of a discharge valve 5, collected by a conveyer 6, again flowed into a grains lifter 7, sent up by the bucket elevator 8, dropped from a horizontal conveyer 9 to a falling port 12, and then loaded on grains in the tank 2 and circulated. Since the height of the bottom wall 18 of the receiving trough 11 of the falling port 12 is high on the rotary ascending side 19 of the conveyer 9 and also the rotary descending side 20 of the conveyer 9 is formed in a low inclined wall, the falling grains drop in an uniform thick state in any part, and therefore, no uneven dispersion by the diffuser 21 occurs.
