PURPOSE: To facilitate macroscopic and perceptive measurement by extracting a moving (fluctuating) component signal from a picture signal, emphasizing the moving component signal with shading and the like, and indicating the same together with the picture signal in an overlapping manner.
CONSTITUTION: A picture input circuit 1 is a circuit inputting the picture at a sampling cycle necessary for measuring the vibration of a substance to be measured. The output of the picture input circuit 1 is given to a fluctuation detecting circuit 2 and subjected to sampling and only a fluctuating part between the pictures coming in time series is detected and taken out. At this time, a fluctuating picture is obtained, and on the occasion, the fluctuating picture of a part whose fluctuation is large turns to be large and the area of fluctuation of a part whose fluctuation is small turns to be small, while the fluctuating picture of a part which shows no fluctuation turns to be zero.
