Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform a noise pollution data processing in high speed by a method wherein a signal from a noise detector, the maximum detection value and a mean value of the maximum detection values are selectively displayed and together with these, a system to store them is added.
CONSTITUTION: A noise caught by a noise meter 1 is converted into an electronic signal by means of an electronic signal conversion system 2. This electronic signal is sent to the maximum value detector 4. A time length previously set by a time setting device 3 is changed-over every hour to detect the maximum value and the maximum value is outputted to a signal selector 7. On the other hand, signals from the maximum value detector 4 are sent to a storage system 5 and stored thereat. A mean value is operated by means of the signal mean value arithmetic circuit wherein these signals are stored and it is outputted to the signal selector 7. In the signal selector 7, signals from the electronic signal converter 2, signals from the maximum value detector 4 and signals from the mean value arithmetic circuit 6 are selected and they are inputted to an indicator 8 and together with this, they are stored on a sheet of paper by means of a storage system 9. In this way, a processing of noise pollution data is performed speedily.
