Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure human muscle type aldolase by a radioactive isotope labeled muscle type aldolase antibody and a radioimmunoassay by a sandwich method using this as a reagent.
CONSTITUTION: The radioactive isotope labeled muscle type aldolase antibody which has been made into a solid phase by being bound with an insoluble carrier and a specimen such as blood serum are incubated, and after the reaction, the reacting liquid is removed and the solid phase is washed. This solid phase and the radioactive isotope labeled antibody are incubated to allow the labeled antibody to bond to the antigen on the solidified phase antibody. After the reaction, the reacting liquid is removed and the solid phase is washed. The readioactivity of the thus obtained solid phase is measured with a scintillation counter or the like, whereby the angigen amount in the specimen is obtained.
