Abstract

Next, 4th substance (measurable substance) A which bears the ligand-receptor relation to the 3rd substance M and is easily used is made to react upon the above-mentioned combining body X through the 2nd ligand- receptor reaction 2, and the amount of the 4th substance A through this reaction is measured to measure the 1st substance L quantitatively.
