Abstract

PURPOSE: To cool produced water by using evaporation latent heat of water as well as to eliminate moisture loss by a method wherein air is supplied to a high temp. condensed water obtained from the water making apparatus to evaporate the water and an exhaust gas containing moisture is sent to a suction side of an air supply apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: Into the first enclosure part 1 of an adsorbing process, air containing moisture is sent by using the air supply apparatus 3 to adsorb moisture by an adsorbing agent 1a and exhausted from a route shown by an arrow A. On the other hand, a high temp. gas is sent to the second enclosure part 2 of an absorption and a desorbing process from the air sending apparatus 10 through a heater 12 to desorb an adsorbing agent 2a and recirculated through a recirculation route shown by an arrow C. In a short time, only steam is present in the recirculation system and the desorbed moisture is condensed by a condenser 13 and the condensed water is accumulated in a water storage tank 19. The high temp. condensed water 20 in the tank 19 is sent to an evaporation tank 21 and air is sent from an air sending apparatus 24 to evaporate said condensed water in the tank 19 to lower a water temp. and the resulting exhaust gas is returned to a suction side of the apparatus to be adsorbed to the adsorbing agent in the adsorbing process.
