Abstract

PURPOSE:Not to only reduce a multipath noise but also make the whole antenna part small-sizesd, by selecting the output of plural antenna elements. CONSTITUTION:The high speed switching circuit 12 amplifies an input signal of the loop antenna 1a, 1b alternatively, and switches and outputs it to its output terminal. The output terminal of the circuit 12 is connected to the input terminal of the front part 14 of the FM tuner 13. The noise detection circuit 17 is constituted of an HPF18, an amplifier 19, a Schmitt trigger circuit 20 and an wave detection circuit 21, by which only the high frequency component of a demodulation output of the IF part 15 of the tuner 13 is made to pass through. According to said constitution, when a multipath noise has occurred in an output of the IF part 15, the noise detection circuit 17 provides a trigger signal to the FF circuit 23 for forming a control circuit 22 of the circuit 12. The output of the FF circuit 23 becomes a control input of the circuit 12, and commands a switching operation of the circuit 12.
