Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize the equipment with no motive power by combining the evaporator in the exhaust duct of hot blast furnace with the condenser in the air intake duct for hot blast furnace at the closed circulating circuit for media.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid media sent to the evaporator 3 are boiled and evaporated by the heat of exhaust gas and are sent to the condenser 5 via a transporting circuit 6 of vaporized working media. And as the heat of the vaporized working media is transferred to the air in the air duct 6 for burning, the air is preheated. Then, the media are liquefied and returned to the evaporator 3 via transporting circuit 7 of liquefied media. Using this constitution, natural circulation of the media is realized by the mutual transformation from liquid to gas. Then the constitution becomes simple as there are no needs for circulating pump or motive power.
