Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the yield of resin and form a resin layer of uniform thickness on the coil surface by a method wherein when an electromagnetic coil impregnated with resin is hardened on heating, the surplus resin dropping from the coil being heated is recovered and dropped again from above the coil. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic coil 1 impregnated with resin in a vacuum is placed in a heating oven 7 and while being rotated by a driving source 9 the coil 1 is heated by a heat source 6 to harden the resin. In the heating oven 7, below the coil 1, a recovering container 10 is arranged to recover the surplus resin 11a dropping from the coil 1 being heated. The recovered resin 11a is supplied, by a pump 14, through a piping 15 above the heating oven 7 to a dropping container 16 above the coil 1 and dropped again on the coil 1. Thus, hardening is performed while the surplus resin 11b is being redropped in order to form a resin layer of uniform thickness on the surface of the coil 1 and improve its quality.
